The ones in your passport can be overcome with a simple Faraday cage built into your passport wallet. So a simple design of a Faraday cage in your hat or gloves would block any RFID chip they want to stick in you.

How many atheists would like to have an RFID chip in order to detect diseases, before they get too bad, track their children incase a pedophile steals them, use them as a form of payment and Identification, to protect the country from terrorists and illegal aliens? Is it possible to amplify an rfid swipe card so it'll work in proximity of the swipe card reader?

I have a swipe card system at my office. I want the swipe card to activate the reader when I’m within a small distance of it. I don’t mind having the card out or waving it near the reader, but to have to put it in the groove and swipe it is annoying. Was wondering if there was any way to amplify the rfid chip in the card (I don’t mind hacking the card apart) so that it’ll pick up the rfid from a distance..

In case you don’t know, the RFID chip is a small chip the size of a grain of rice that people are getting implanted in their hands. They’re doing it for little conveniences like scanning to open up your front door to your house. But I think eventually so many people will have it that you will need it to buy or sell, and it will contain all your financial information on it. Some people think it’s the Mark of the Beast. What do you think?

I am trying to get the new Discover credit card with the RFID chip in it so I can use it contactless card readers. Discover calls the feature "Zip"and it is similar to MasterCard’s "PayPass" and "ExpressPay" from American Express. However, when I called and spoke to Discover customer service, they were clueless (bunch of morons if you ask me). Anyone know where I can get this card?

If a credit card has a RFID chip inside it, and you covered the entire credit card with Aluminum foil. Would that block someone from illegally ( by using a RFID reader close to your credit card ) getting your info from that RFID chip?

I’ve heard a little about RFID and recently reading 1984 i think it’s a little fascist-esk… Any way to destroy an RFID chip in a dog without causing injury and harm on the animal, like a magnet?? I think this will probably be useful in the future if they decide to implant humans too…

After implanting the RFID chip in my Parsons Jack Russel Terrier, he developed six "fast growth carcinomas" within eight weeks. Five of them were within four inchesof the implant site. After researching the review process conducted by the FDA and the relationship between the manufacturer and a Bush appointee, I am led to believe that there is far more to the story than initially thought. Can anyone share with me any insight they may have?
