The first problem is that power of the RFID tag could vary, and you cannot predict exactly the distance because this power variation.
With two receivers you can compare the amount of power ’sense’ in each receiver and since you know the distance between such receivers you could calculate the distance and position of RFID tag

With the right receiver, yes. But I don’t think anyone has built this feature into a receiver.
